These Terms govern your use of the Thrive Well and The Collective platform (“the Platform”), operated by Emma Astell trading as Thrive Wellness Strategies (“we”, “us”). By registering an account, you agree to these Terms.
You must be 18 or over to register. By joining, you confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable law.
You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use.
The Platform currently offers free registration giving access to Community, Circles, Group Learning, Courses, Resources and Events, split across two areas: Thrive Well (mind, body and being) and The Collective (spa and wellness industry). Paid membership tiers and additional services may be introduced in future; where they are, separate pricing and terms will be provided before you are charged.

We may suspend or remove any account that breaches these Terms.
You retain ownership of content you post (comments, posts, uploads). By posting, you grant us a licence to display and distribute it within the Platform for the purpose of operating the community. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to post any content you share.
Sessions may be facilitated by Emma Astell or by Thrive Specialists and Collective Collaborators. These sessions are educational and coaching in nature. They are not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. Where a facilitator’s accreditation is in progress, this will be stated honestly on their profile.
The Platform is not a medical or emergency service. If you are in crisis or need urgent help, contact your GP, local emergency services, or a crisis helpline such as the Samaritans (116 123, UK).
Some content, products or services on the Platform are provided by third-party collaborators (for example Healthy Minds Club, NuYu or Funked Up Fitness). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party collaborators; any transaction with them is between you and them directly, subject to their own terms.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Platform. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
